The Shores is conveniently located less than 2 miles away from the Roseville library and Rosedale Mall. Bus lines are within walking distance of the community along with Lake Josephine Park, offering walking trails and picnic areas.

At The Shores we have both Tax Credit and Market Rate apartment homes. Our Market Rate homes have no income restrictions and function like any other apartment. In order to rent a Tax Credit apartment, residents must qualify by meeting the income limits set by the state of Minnesota on an annual basis. For a one person household, the 50% income limit is $29,400, and the 60% income limit is $35,280. For a two person household, the 50% income limit is $33,600, and the 60% income limit is $40,320.

Office Hours: Monday and Wednesday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to noon.
