WHEN TWO WEEKS A YEAR IS NOT ENOUGH. If your vacation is over before you know it and you dread going back to a dull apartment, call us. We have an apartment home with all the luxuries you'll find at a resort.. Because all things are not created equal... Baypoint offers a unique amenity package along with quality not traditionally found in apartment living. Seven well-appointed floorplans designed with features such as built-in bookshelves, washer and dryer connections, open kitchens, and an extra storage closet on your balcony or patio. Baypoint has a massage therapist, personal fitness trainer and mini-storage onsite for your convenience. Complimentary cappuccinos are available in the clubhouse along with Wireless internet. If that is not enough, we welcome residents to a continental breakfast every Saturday to show our appreciation. Outdoor activities include a walking trail around the 5 acre greenbelt, sand volleyball, bayside benches available for birdwatching and sunset moments, two resort-style pools, a pet park for our fourlegged friends, a bayside putting green, hot tub and basketball court with action tennis.
