The property, which consists of seven individual buildings, was constructed between 1911 and 1918 and is a former Magnolia Oil distribution center. It was renovated into a total of 70 residential lofts by the Bennett Miller Company between 1994 and 1995.
The property straddles Dallas's highly popular Uptown and Downtown neighborhoods and is adjacent to the new American Airlines Center, the home of the Dallas Stars and the Dallas Mavericks.
No Pet Rent! Our pet deposit is only $200 (total, not per pet) and we boast a 24-hr canine liberty park where dogs are allowed to gambol and play off leash, under the watchful eye of their human companion, of course.
