Bonnie Green is a fantastic place to live for students attending the University of North Texas or Texas Womans University. We are one of the closest apartments to UNT. Just a short four block walk from campus. If you choose not to walk the UNT shuttle comes by to take you to and from school. There are only four apartments in a building. Each building is landscaped with grass, trees and flowers. It is truly a peaceful park like setting. Our 625 sq.ft. one bedroom has a large living room window and the bedroom is big enough for a king size bed with ample space to spare. There is a large walk-in closet plus a desk/vanity with mirror. The rent is $650. The deposit is $200 and no application fees.You would save money if you could find a student to share a two bedroom. For each student the rent is only $395 monthly with all bills paid except electric. Internet is only $15 monthly per student. The deposit is $100 for each student and no application fees. The spacious, 824 sq.ft., two bedroom has a large living room window, windows in both bedrooms and full size washer & dryer connections. A frost free refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, range & oven and heating & air conditioning units are included in all apartments. The interior color is antique white, with plank floors in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Carpet in the bedrooms .Every apartment has an attached storage room big enough for a bike or two. Three students can occupy the large two story townhouse. Downstairs is a breakfast nook with window, kitchen, washer & dryer, pantry, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Upstairs is a full bath, large bedroom with two closets & bulit-in desk. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, vanity and built-in desk. A patio is downstairs by the entry. The interior of each apartment is painted and professionally cleaned before move-in.There are models on the property.
