The apartments are in a 7 story high-rise with two elevators and key card controlled access on the exterior entrances. As the only tall building in the area, the window views of the city and/or mountains are fantastic! There is, also, an on-site swimming pool, game room, laundry facility, beauty salon, ample off-street parking, and a resident vegetable/flower garden. We have 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartments; 1-bedroom, 1-bath; and 3 penthouse units with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1 office/dressing room. Two bedroom units are 900 square feet. One bedrooms range from 740 to 780 sq-ft, and the penthouse is 1,600 sq-ft. Each unit has an open floor plan, two-toned custom paint, crown molding, double closets, ceiling fan, updated kitchen & bathroom, and a fantastic view that gets better with each floor.
