Large, Quiet, and Affordable- Your search is over!. Deville Townhomes offers 1200 square feet of quiet, comfortable living. We are a small community of 16 Townhomes located conveniently within walking distance to shopping, banking, a post office, library, an elementary school and several eating establishments. We have small cubicles on site for storage, but if you need something a little larger there is a nice storage facility right across the street. Deville Townhomes is right on the bus line and 3 - 5 minutes away from easy access to both I-5 and SR 512.
McChord AFB is just 10 minutes from here and Ft. Lewis is 15-20 minutes away.
Our 2 bedroom, bath and-a-half townhomes offer lots of storage inside the apartment as well as very ample closet areas in the bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom. We do not have washers and dryers in the apartments but we do have on-site laundry facilities for your convenience. Sorry, but we do have a "No Pet" policy. Our hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon-Fri. If the hours stated are not quite convenient for you I would be glad to make a "before or after hours" appointment with you. We show apts. on Sat. by appointment only and are closed on Sundays.The office is currently in apt. #12, where the American flag is. Come check us out, you'll be glad you did. Hope to see you soon.
