Northwind Apartments is a Section 8 elderly and disabled midrise community featuring spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments. During the week, Monday through Friday, Senior Services provides hot lunches for our residents for a nominal fee.
Hilltop Apartments is a Section 8 family community with two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes. Hilltop is part of the Kalamazoo Promise Program qualifying student residents who graduated from Kalamazoo Public Schools the opportunity to receive scholarships for college tuition."
