"Monroe Village is eight buildings of eight apartments per building. Our lawn is about 5 acres. We have many long time tenants. We are located across the street from a city park and on the north edge of our lawn is a creek that is visited by ducks year round. School buses stop at the end of our driveway. We have 6 large ash trees that line our driveway. We are at the edge of the city and it is peaceful here."
