Sugar Creek Senior Apartments Overview
Where Verona's Most Active Seniors Live.... Sugar Creek is conveniently located near shopping, recreational facilities, and many other frequented places, such as the Verona Senior Center. Catered meals are offered three times per week for a minimal charge. Miller's Grocery Store delivers groceries on a weekly basis for our residents. Sugar Creek offers one and two bedroom apartment homes that have a generous amount of closet space, large living areas, mini-blinds, laundry hook-ups and G.E. appliances. There are also laundry facilities and elevator service on every floor. We also feature a beautiful, spacious community room where our residents enjoy many activities. We have a monthly calendar which includes events such as coffee hour, community lunches, poker, euchre, bridge, cribbage, bingo, dominoes, pot-luck dinners, movie nights, continental breakfasts, lunch outings, guest speakers and many more! Residents may also reserve this room for group events or family gatherings. All monthly rents include heat, water, sewer and trash removal. Underground parking is also available for $37 per month. Security deposits are one half month's rent. Sugar creek is a pet free environment.
