If you happen to need maintenance it is taken care of the next day to fix what is broken and if they can't wil Read Morel make arrangements for parts or what ever is needed. Also in the winter months, with the snow, the cleaning of the lots are done in a very professional manner and doesn't take a long time to complete.

If Bainbridge assigned at least one parking space per unit, it would have made my residency there much better. Read More It was very frustrating to come home from a long day at work to find no available spaces because other tenants had guests.

I love it here, it is a really good location, close to shopping, markets, and the highway. The complex is quie Read Moret and peaceful and very well maintained. This complex is a great value. What sold me was the manager, he was so nice and you really felt like he cared about you and he still does. So, here I am and I am so glad I found this place!
