They have done a "good" job in getting some of our requests done, and then in some area's it has taken more th Read Morean one request, or a lot of time has gone by, so Excellent is not how I would rate them. "Good" is a fair rating for this complex. Seems like sometimes, the office and maintenance do not communicate or have the same views on making the repairs, and in a timely fashion. They also need to hire more help with Maintenance it's too big of a property to only have two men full time here.

I payed unnecessary towing fee due to their mis Read Moretake.
Furniture is very old and the noise from second floor is very noisy.
