Maintenance issues sometimes take a while to be resolved, but the staff are - for the most part - friendly and Read More the grounds are very well maintained. Our fellow residents are also all kind and considerate. The complex is pretty quiet, animal friendly, & adjacent to Slater Park with tons of shopping within minutes.

My neighbor gave us bed bugs which I had to pay to have ALL my clothes and bed linens washed. Although they w Read Moreere only found on my living room rug and in my bathroom the extra $200 to do all the was to take precaution was frustrating. They also have $125 late fee. If you do not pay the late fee with the rent you get a late fee on top of the late fee. A bit expensive to someone living pay check to pay check trying to make ends meet.

When I first moved in I really liked the place. The rooms were large and most of the people were friendly. A Read Morefter awhile they started letting in people that
were very loud, ran all over the complex screaming and just not the type of
people that I was used to. I that point I decided to move after my lease was
done.
