Some young men moved in two floors above me and they were really loud every time they went by and actually thr Read Moreew things at my porch door to irritate my dog. I think they have moved out, but the apartment complex management warned them and the noise went down significantly. Also, a resident in my building was feeding cats and attracting skunks right up to our building. That has finally stopped. It took a few months.

Certified Resident for 0-6 months

Only complaint is neighbors that were up until 2am partying and screaming. Noise ordinance was placed on their Read More door and they calmed down. Also had a few issues with bugs/utilities in the apartment, but nothing significant.

I've had to request maintenance twice. There was no communication about the status of My request either time.B Read Moreoth times I waited over a week and when they never showed I had to fix the problems myself. Once was the garbage disposal not working, and the second our toliet leaking water everywhere everytime it was flushed. Also, I paid my rent several day before the due date this onto and came one day to find a letter saying I was facing eviction. It was figured out but should have been checked

The Summit at Cross Creek Resident

Certified Resident for 1-3 years

Management has changed several times in the 2 years I have lived here and the newest management has been no he Read Morelp in the minimal requests I have made. I have become very disappointed with the Summit at Cross Creek and can't wait to leave. The rent keeps going up and the number of residents keeps going down. Coincidence?

The Summit at Cross Creek Resident

Certified Resident for 7-12 months

None of our maintenance requests are being met in a timely manner, or being met at all. We have to put in mult Read Moreiple requests and call and its still not being done. Utilities weren't clearly stated to us in our rental agreement so now we are paying the price for that. Bad customer service and just not a good rental experience for me and my roommate.
