The maintenance staff was far too small to accommodate the number of residents. Therefore, problems were slow Read Moreto get dealt with. Some issues were never resolved in the three years I lived there. When maintenance came, they were competent. However, because they were so extremely understaffed it was impossible to get everything done. I found regional management to be combative and not at all helpful.
