    Certified Resident in May 2008

    The Islands had great amenities, and a warm and courteous staff who were regularly available. The maintenance Read Morewas also excellent, any issues were addressed immediately. I had water creep in my sliding glass door and warped the base board, they came and replaced it as soon as I called. Overall the development and the townhouses were impeccably maintained.

    Certified Resident in October 2010

    Management was very responsive to any maintenance requests or noise complaints I had. One complaint involved Read Moreneighbors leaving their dog unattended and the dog howled for long periods of time. Management responded well to my complaint. The dog was a large puppy dog with abandonment issues. From this experience, I likely won't rent again in a pet friendly community. As friendly as pets can be, owners can be negligent knowingly or unknowingly which can be disruptive and noisy.

    Certified Resident for 3-5 years

    This apartment community is not worth anything close to the monthly rent! The appliances are out dated and the Read Morese apartments are well overdue for upgraded cabinets and carpets/flooring. It baffles me how they advertise this place as such a luxurious community when it's far from it. The "playground" area only has one little slide/swingset and there is dog feces EVERYWHERE! The complex manager is rude, maintenance only patches things up, and with no assigned parking spaces, parking is horrible.
