It is a very clean and well kept complex. The pool and out door area was just remodeled. It looks great! The s Read Moretaff is very easy to communicate with and quick to fix any problem. Only concerns I have are very minor. Some appliances are in need of updating in the kitchen and some work out equipment in gym is tired, run down, or not working properly.

New water stains on ceilings regularly. smaller kitchens. Took away included water and now have to pay month Read Morely (should have been grandfathered in). People not picking up after their dogs (You can't fully control & emails have been sent by company). Speed bumps are too large (hurt vehicles). Air conditioning always running because it can never keep up.
