the entire office staff from maintenance to managers have always been professional and prompt with any request Read More. If I could change anything , I would try to make the hallways cleaner.I have noticed that it is really not maintenance issue but the residents are not taking care of the property

There should be two ways in and out ALL the time. The gate is locked on the other entrance. We had a problem w Read Morehere the power lines fell down by the main entrance and the residents couldn't get in or out for a while. I feel that this was an inconvenience. Please open the gate. Crossroads has three ways to get in and out. Thank you.
