Bc they still charge me full month rent and I sign the letter to vacate. I had to go back to Columbia and show Read More them proof of me signing the letter after I left the state.

The management is good. The billing system is a little antiquated so it was annoying to get notices on my door Read More every month saying we paid late or had a late fee when it was a systemic error. Apartments are average. The view is very nice. I felt safe most of the time. My biggest complaint (and the reason I didn't give it a good rating) was because somebody was smoking in our small complex and it was seeping into our apartment. With my wife being pregnant and we as non-smokers, this was unpleasant

I have things in my apartment where work orders have been placed about a year ago. They don't want to fix anyt Read Morehing but always want rent on time. I shouldn't have to remind them to come fix anything because they definitely don't forget to send out notices if rent is late.

1. Maintenance takes weeks, sometimes months to respond to work orders. 2. They paint the tubs (or atleast Read Moremine) so If you have a small child each time you give them a bath the paint chips off and is floating in the tub with them, the response I got was not to use harsh chemicals such as bleach to clean the tub .
