in the last 2 months I've seen the cops more than i can care for. I know one of the reasons was because of a d Read Morerug deal and the other because a truck was stolen. The apartments are really old and do not keep heat in so expect a high electric bill... like up to $400 a month in the winter. The floors are paper thin and you can also expect the bottom neighbor to bang on the ceiling. I wouldnt go in the pool due to PDA and afrosheen covering the surface.

We spend $700 a month for a 2 BR apartment that has leaky windows, bugs, loud neighbors, and burners on the st Read Moreove that don't work. Our power bill for this 700 sq ft apartment is almost twice what it was for our 1800 sq ft home (leaky windows and poor insulation). We have been here for 3 months and the community center that is supposed to be available to us has been closed the entire time. We are only living here for another 2 months until our house is built and I am literally counting down days!
