I've only lived here for a month and I've had numerous problems in the apartment in this short amount of time. Read More I've had to call maintenance out a few times for the same problem and I feel like it's being fixed the easy way and not the thorough way because I continue to have the same issues. I'm just over calling and having them take a short cut to fixing things with me still having the same issue. It's very frustrating. I think that since I pay a good amount of money to live here, that the quality of work should be excellent. Things in the apartment that should have been fixed before we moved in, weren't fixed, and when they did fix it a day or two later the same problem would arise. I just expect more than what I'm getting and I always get a look or feel like I'm inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. I'm not happy with that. Overall the space is nice, my biggest issue is maintenance.

I simply think living here is okay. Sub-par overall, but just okay. The answering service is useless. It takes Read More way to long for staff to respond and we have had a lot of maintenance issues with the apartment. We hear neighbors music in apartment and from their cars all to well and other noises . I do not want to pay of a trash service that I don't want. I have no problem throwing my own garbage away, and I'd like to keep that 25. Although it wasn't clear us that we had to pay that. We picked this apartment complex over another because we thought that wasn't included. The garbage disposal makes an awful noise from day one and is needing plunging on a bi-weekly basis and the refrigerator and stove are old and rusted from day one . The sink's water stoppers fell apart a little less than two weeks in to living there. I put yes I'd recommend to a friend but with a few caveats. This place could easily be better or maybe this is just my apartment . We moved here and are paying more for rent because we thought we were getting better customer service via management and better living arrangements quality. After all that was said above, it is better, but no by as much as we had hoped.
