Very polite staff at Arbors. The maintenance workers were always quick on all work orders. The actual living a Read Morerea was quiet despite being located across the street from an elementary school.

The Arbors At Windsor Lake Resident
I had repeated issues with the stray cats which were allowed to live on the property despite reporting to the Read Moreoffice that they had become aggressive towards my dogs. I was told that it was fine because "the cats had gotten shots and fixed" but they would not be removed from the property. Since I paid $600 to have my dogs live there, I thought it was inappropriate to allow strays to live on the property
