I lived at the mill back in 2010. At that time the complex was ok, my sister went to rent from this complex la Read Morest week. The move in condition of the apartment was horrible, the worst I have ever seen in an apartment. We went to speak to the staff about the issues in that apartment. The staff was completely unprofessional and rude and the apartment manger did not take accountability at all for the condition of the apartment. I would never recommend this complex not even to my worst enemy.

Grounds are trash. Maintenance doesn't work regularly on top of multiple problems requiring maintenance to do Read Moresomething in the apartment. HVAC needs renovations. Wood needs to be replaced on steps to buildings. Pool regularly unavailable during the short seasonal time it is supposed to be open. Floor rot. Bugs in all apartments. Tennis courts are in disrepair. Don't live here.
