Loud music comes thru the floors/walls from the workout place down below. Floors have holes in them from rippe Read Mored out tile. Parking is way too close to eachother in garage. I can barely get out of my car.

The location is great, the facilities are pretty good (not the best since the floors are really uneven through Read Moreout my apartment), I've never had a maintenance issue, and staff is friendly. Parking is ridiculously expensive though and will most likely prohibit me from renewing my lease. It also makes visits from out of town guests very difficult. Overall though I would speak highly of The Palms on Main to anyone looking to rent.

I enjoyed the pool area, lounge area, and the fact that we had access to both gas and charcoal grills and all Read Moreutensils. The common areas were always well maintained-you can tell that maintenance truly cares at the P.O.M. I also utilize the Keurig Machine in the lobby everyday to grab a quick cup of coffee on my way to work. The candy bowl is always full! I think the best thing about P.O.M. is the PERFECT location close to the Vista, downtown Farmer's Market, USC, and nightlife.

Safety, cleanliness, upkeep of amenities, and location were all important factors I considered before moving i Read Moren. All have been met quite well by the the Palms on Main.
