When moving here Talison was touted as resort style living but unfortunately after changing hands twice and Read Morewhat seems to be high vacancy its just another apartment complex, nothing special. At only three years old maintenance is already becoming an issue.

We have lived at Talison Row for almost three years. When we first moved here things were fantastic but the m Read Moreanagement has changed several times and the overall quality and upkeep of the property had dramatically decreased. We will be moving when are lease ends.

This is a nice community with easy access to 526. There are plenty of walking/biking paths nearby and the com Read Moreplex has a great exercise room and salt water pool. Grounds could use some work, as the landscaping is average at best.

When a situation came up about my parking spot instead of dealing with the resident who was parking in the wro Read Moreng spot they chose to just give me a new one. This would've been so much of an issue but I was being harassed by the resident and they chose to do nothing but give in and reward bad behavior.
