This is a nice community with easy access to 526. There are plenty of walking/biking paths nearby and the com Read Moreplex has a great exercise room and salt water pool. Grounds could use some work, as the landscaping is average at best.

When a situation came up about my parking spot instead of dealing with the resident who was parking in the wro Read Moreng spot they chose to just give me a new one. This would've been so much of an issue but I was being harassed by the resident and they chose to do nothing but give in and reward bad behavior.

Overall things are goobut I have noticed that the quality of residents has decreased somewhat and now we are s Read Moretarting to have some of the same problems that other communities have; ie., trash left out, pet waste not being picked up, etc.
