The apartment complex is well maintained, the people at the office are polite and helpful, maintenance in the Read Moreapartment is quick. Covered parking!

I love everything about Talison Row except how rowdy the children are at the pool. They run, dive, yell, jump Read Moreon the fire pit, tear up the outdoor kitchen, jump on the lawn furniture, etc. No one controls them. Plus, we have seen dog owners allow their dogs to urinate in the garage and stairways.

Overall not bad for a newer property. Their tv's in the workout area don't work so have to get a gym membersh Read Moreip. That shouldn't happen with the rent we are paying for this property. But floor plans are large and love the residents.

I transferred units last year and I was charged a full month's rent for my old unit and prorated for my new un Read Moreit. I was told I needed to pay the full balance and the inappropriate charges would be refunded promptly. It took two months and contacting the former management agency to get my refund. I was also only repaid half of my moving expenses after being promised full reimbursement. My new unit was dirty and the carpet ripped upon move in and none of it was corrected.
