Nice grounds and attractive buildings. Commons areas are good. Trash service is good. Location is a plus. Lim Read Moreited office hours are difficult for those with busy work schedules. No weekend hours or way to drop things off when office is closed are problematic. Have had difficulty reaching office staff during office hours with recorded message and options from that kind of frustrating.

I feel like I am being nickeled and dimed now at the community, more fees keep getting tacked on and an e-mail Read More just came out informing us that they have taken away our Gas Grills and are replacing them with charcoal grills, why, because they no longer clean them and feel like no one will use them if the are charcoal thus keeping them cleaner. I have been a resident since the place opened 4 years ago and this will be my last renewal.

I just feel like we are buckled and dimed on all rates and costs. My rent is way too high now that I am on mon Read Moreth to month. I am paying more than a mortgage. I was also not happy with how I transitioned from 1 year to month to month. I would have liked a six month lease. Lower level front office staff have poor interpersonal/ customer service skills. Maintenance takes long. I have to keep asking. Some are never done. Bottom line value is lacking.
