I thought there was going to be a gym. I see (and hear) lots of work to build new places but why not build wha Read Moret was sold to the current residence first. It's called integrity people. Also, each unit should have assigned parking spots that are labeled. And where are the new 1 bedroom parking spots? And can you do something with the common areas? Like put some grass in and flowers in them? come on.
