Certified Resident

At the moment I have a lot of frustration. Due to there being roaches in the apartment when we moved in back i Read Moren Oct. 2014. We were threatened with eviction at one point as they got so bad. But after research online and checking with a pest control specialist on my own time, the only way to get rid of this is consistent laying out of the poison that kills them. At move in I was told that once a month my apartment would be sprayed. It has been extremely intermittent. The bugs are constant. A mouse also recently chewed its way in from behind our dishwasher, unsure if it was from our neighboring apartment. One very flimsy trap was laid and that was that. We were also told that our air filters would be changed a minimum of every three months, and due to our having a dog, would be better monthly. It has been changed twice and the first time the filter was left in the floor of the closet and we had to install it ourselves. I don't mind doing that but I'd like a supply of the filters if so. My final grump is the notice we received about the dog poo. There are several people here who walk their dog around, let them stop where they want and go. Our yard seems to be a favorite pitstop. These people continue their walk afterwards and do not bother to pick up. My point being, we will work more diligently for our dog, but I find it massively unfair that we would be fined for the upkeep of other's pets.

There are renovations that could be made to the inside of the apartments that would make them worth the money Read Morethat is paid.

The inside of the closed in hallways when people have pets it makes the hallway smell really bad. Also if they Read More smoke it makes it smell bad also.

I Iive in building 1250 and when I moved in I was told we would get new windows and sliding door by last Novem Read Moreber but that never happened. The buildings around me got theirs done though. I would have really liked at least the new sliding door. I enjoy the staff here though because they are very accommodating

Certified Resident

Children playing in the parking lot (street) is very unsafe around the playground. Need to have adult supervis Read Moreion required. Laundry room had too many break downs of equipment this past year.
