Rent charges continually increase while no improvements to the interior dwellings are being made. For instanc Read Moree, the resident before me must have had pets. When the apartment was repainted, the pet dander was repainted onto some of the baseboards. They need to be replaced. After so many years of living in the same apartment, it would be nice to get new carpet or all the walls repainted instead of just a carpet cleaning.
