Because every year the rent goes up and events for different holidays get to be less and less every year. When Read More I first came to Courtney Bend they had different events going on where their were interaction with our neighbor especially during the holidays but now it like now very little to none. The prices are getting to be too much for a single person. Friendliness of different employees in good at all.

There is something amiss with this place. You have great maintenance staff. However, the front office folks ar Read Moree friendly in a way that just doesn't feel genuine. It's as if the tenants are the enemy to be tolerated and herded into compliance. It is a very odd, but persistent feeling. Their smiles seem forced. Perhaps it is some underlying corporate pressure, unseen by renters, with which they have to contend that is the source of this distance that exists and plays out in their interactions.

I am living here since last 6 month I had bad experience with the lady in the office who call herself as an as Read Moresistant manager. The way she approach was really rude and unprofessional that makes me feel bad and Look like she does not want to do a job which she supposed to. I was literally surprise to hear that she was an assistant manager which she does not deserve at all for the nice apartment like this. I have to give poor on office staff because of this lady but others are great
