The staff is great! If you need anything it is taken care of quickly. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment Read More is clean and has been well taken care of. 15 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beach; location couldn't be better and the price is very reasonable for Mt. Pleasant!!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I particularly like the new community-oriented initiatives t Read Morehat have been more frequent lately (2/27/15). I was on my way to class one morning, running late and had no time to eat breakfast, or even get a cup of coffee. I'm Frustrated and tired and then I see the staff approaching my car near the entrance...offering me breakfast. I was ecstatic.
