Horrible would not recommend to anyone ever! This luxury apartment was poorly constructed with cheap materia Read Morels and appliances, from the cabinets to the countertops, the microwave to the air conditioner everything was cheap poor lacking and needed constant attention to perform at a mediocre level. In the 2.5 years I resided at GFL the property management company changed three times, from awesome(GreyStar) to third world(BlueRidge) to who's in charge(owner of the property).

Thank you so much for the awesome compliments to our staff, your feedback is very important to us. Maintenance normally empty the pet waste cans twice a week, but your are correct, especially during the summer months, the excessive heat probably makes it worse. Thank you and we will get right on this!
The Location is excellent and the rent is very reasonable for Mt. Pleasant
