My apartment has still not been fixed after a month. Im forced to buy cable which I can barely afford. So many Read More objects in my apartment are old and need to replaced. Half of my oven doesn't work. Your charging so much money, but don't want to fix problems. Fix problems, remodel, and then maybe this place would be decent.

been in my apt 14 years cant getnew carpet or paint have a repair been waiting for over 2 years

I've called several times about an issue with water running into my crawl space thru the pipes in the downtown Read More stairs bathroom. And it's still not fixed and my concerns are mold and the fact I can't run water like u need to. But the main thing is the front doors are terrible cracking and peeling I don't even one anyone to come visit. It's a full but it won't be replaced until next year that's u except able

The maintenance team is awesome. They don't just patch things, they fix them so that you don't just have to ca Read Morell over and over again. However, we have had so many management changes. The old management team charged you for things and even when they acknowledged the mistake it took forever to have it corrected. Currently, the people we have now are really nice from the interactions that I have had, and are considerate of long time residents. I hope this is how it will be for the long term.
