Pet Policy: We LOVE furry friends! There is a two pet per apartment home limit and we allow most dog breeds. The restricted breeds are as follows: Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, Spitz. and Pit Bull and/or Staffordshire Terrier. There is a one time fee of $400 for one or $600 for two and pet rent is $10 for one and $15 for two. * **We participate in Poo Prints DNA Printing. All dogs will be required to register at move in. The pool is never very clean and the parking is is horrible. No enough parking for residence is a reason for t Read Morehem to move out and not sign another lease. The pool seems to always have a ton of dirt and things floating in it, along with unsupervised children and riff raft hanging around the poopl making it very unpleasant for other patrons.

As presentable as the place is, the property manager is just rude and inconsiderate. I am sure this is not the Read More first time you've heard of this comment. She does not know how to talk courteously to people and she has no sense of compassion. There are roaches and spiders every where. I have children and this isn't helping my case as a mother. The neighbors are nice. The gas grill needs new propane tanks some times.

Great location. Well kept grounds tucked off of the main road. The apartments as nice they are, could use som Read Moree updating. Otherwise a comfortable place to live.

Apartment is fine, grilling areas poorly maintained. Grills always out of propane. Flower pots never filled. M Read Moreaintencevdoes come as soon as you notify for apartment problems just needs to work on landscsping and they need to ck grills more especially now that it's summer and everyone is grilling.
