We just signed our lease for the 4th time . They have a turn around in staff almost every year we have lived h Read Moreere. They need some updates on a lot of the A/C units . If someone is looking to move in here they need to really push for a unit with a new A/ C . Our electric bill was almost 400 due to it never shutting off. This went on for almost a year til they finally gave us a new one. They seem to be improving maintenance issues.

I've been living here at Spring house apts. for 4years now. Supervisor, Management ad Maintenance team continu Read Moree to change, making it impossible to satisfy my concerns. Carpet is worn from constant cleaning. Laundry room is always dirty, making it difficult to wash. Constant water leak problems, which seem to affect our water bills. Wall paint has chipped down to the steel in some areas. Repairs that were made previously have not been repaired properly, so the issues are still relevant today etc.

Had the apartment above me leak and it took them 2 weeks to fix the water damage. They didnt spray for insects Read More and here in SC that is a must. The manager was extremely rude was only was worried about getting the rent.

I moved into Springhouse because it was a good location and not pricey. We soon discovered you got exactly wha Read Moret you paid for. Our apartment was in the very back of the complex so there was never sunlight and they never cleaned the outside. There was never parking and the ceiling was so thin I could hear every step my upstairs neighbors took and could always hear them having intercourse. The bugs are a HUGE problem, cockroaches, millipedes, even frogs in the summer.
