I love it here. I love my apartment and the complex itself. It was so much nicer than the others I had seen wh Read Moreen apartment searching. The rent has increased by $20 each year though, and the current office is not as punctual or appropachable as they once were. For this reason, excellent did not seem applicable.

I love living here. The complex is quiet, has a great location, the exterior is beautifully designed, and the Read Moreother residents have all seemed to be very courteous and kind. The reason I gave it a Good rating instead of Excellent, is because I feel that the apartments need to begin renovation on the interiors. I have had more than a few maintenance calls on basic things, like lights going out, the garbage disposal twice, air conditioning issues. But they respond to maintenance calls ASAP.
