We were promised a date in July and they were unable to keep to that date. Because of this we had a quick tu Read Morern around and had a lot of maintenance issues during the first two months. There was a period of time in which we had someone fixing something in our apartment every week. However, they did fix this issues professionally and quickly. After the first few weeks the experience has been great. Make sure you talk with the manager and not the leasing agent about your official move in date!

The property manager did a good job of working with us, and getting things repaired. They didn't always do the Read More best repair, and they did a few things that could have caused issues (upstairs neighbors toilet overflowed and caused it to rain toilet water in our bathroom. They didn't do anything to dry it.) However, we lived there for a good two years.
