The staff was rather lacking but the value was great especially compared to nearby communities. The apartment Read Moreamenities aside from the pool could have done with some updating, but given that few people used them I could see why they didn't invest in them. The location was great as you could easily take back roads to downtown Greenville, Taylors, and Greer.

Since I moved in , I have been having issues with my air conditioner not cooling and my power bill has gone up Read More drastically. Keep putting in workorders after workorders, and maintenance is just patching up the issue and not actually replacing the old unit.
