The staff here is wonderful, however, when work orders are put in on repairs for something, it may take well o Read Morever a week to get fixed and you have to keep bugging them about fixing it. And the Management company spends our money in all the wrong places!

Apartments are kept clean. They offer nice ammentities such as a pool and laundry center. My place was broken Read More into just by kicking down the door. They let me out if my lease with no problems but would feel a little unsafe if I would have stayed.

Never had any kind of problems with management. When I needed maintenance for any reason, one of their staff w Read Moreill always show up within reasonable time.

The only bad thing is the nasty neighbors I had. They kept leaving trash bags on their doors and roaches kept coming up and around my main door. It was disgusting!

The only problem I have with Brentridge is that the rent goes up $50 every time I sign another lease. I moved Read More into Brentridge knowing (thinking) it wasn't in a high rent area - hoping to recover from the recession (that is still going on). I was off work for 3 years, so its taking me a while to recover. If my rent keeps going up I will more than likely move. I have a "studio" apartment and I'm paying $560.00 a month. (no washer/dryer hook-ups - very basic apartment).
