Cedar Pointe Apartments has unbelievably huge floor plans with oversized closets, fireplaces, full size laundry connections, and open kitchens. WE ARE UNDER RENOVATION BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. We are THE most pet friendly community in the area. We have no size limit for your dogs, no limit on the number of pets allowed in your apartment, and a phenomenal dog park. The level of customer service you will receive at Cedar Pointe is incomparable. The staff here takes pride in the community; because this is our community...we live here too! This is why we have received so many incredible reviews such as: "The office staff is spectacular, the maintenance staff is exemplary, the amenities are an excellent value for the money, and the overall community is beautiful." "The maintenance staff has responded to every request quickly, respectfully and accurately. I have not met such a dedicated group."

Pet Policy: Non-Refundable fee of $300.00 1-2 pets, $350.00 3+ pets. NO Pet rent!
Breed Restrictions: No Full Blooded Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pincher and Rottweiler.

Overall Ceder Pointe Apartments were great nice location, plenty of space, great neighbors. My main concern is Read More the management team at Cedar Pointe Apartments. I put in numerous complaints about AC issues after noticing a spike in the electricity bill and I was constantly told there wasn't a problem. Eventually, the AC unit went out and had to be replaced. Cedar Pointe Apartments provide no assistance with the (3) ridiculous $300-550.00 electricity bills. Great Appartments, Poor Management!

Overall Cedar Pointe Gets an Average to Good ranking. Which is actually pretty good since most Apartment comm Read Moreunities in the area would bet a poor to fair. The apartment community itself is one of the better ones in the area. Once you figure out traffic on Bell Rd and how to navigate it, then it's not that bad. That's not to say that it won't be a night mare at times but still....sometimes getting from apt to I-24 can take about 10-15 minutes.

Bad furniture High rent rise after lease end No renovation at all made, but rent was increased. Very bad ma Read Moreintainance. None of many issues were fixed during lease year.
