The staff is friendly. What I do not like is how these buildings look. There is trash in the breezeway someone Read More wrote Deeze nuts on the wall and it's been there all summer, and still there. These buildings need a make over. Fresh paint and some shutters. All wooden walkways need replaced. I like my apartment. But the exterior is imbarassing. I had a guest come over and told us it looks like the ghetto over here. No parking available after 11pm. Maintenance do not clean up outside.

The apartments arent horrible. I think tjeu are costly for the area. The buildings up front are nice and well Read Morekept. I live in the back and they are dirty and desperately need to be powerwashed. During the winter they could salt steps amd sidewalks. Staff is pleasant and new maintenance is good.

I would of said excellent, however, I have put in a work order, and it has not happned and it was about a mont Read Moreh ago. I do like Chimney Top, love the neighbors!!

No real problems overall. But it takes FOREVER for someone to fill your maintenance request. The gate at the e Read Morentrance has worked a total of 2 days over the course of the 2 years I've lived here. Generally, not noisy. The machines in the fitness center also haven't worked consistently ever. The buildings are old & there clearly isn't anyone that comes & cleans them as there are cobwebs & such in the stair cases & hallways.
