Office staff are rude, evasive and incompetent. Rent was always different. They stuck me on early term for abo Read Moreut $4000. Then after move out they hit me for about $140. However, instead of mailing invoice or calling, they turned it to collections. Come on, they had my info to pass to collections, but couldn't call me or mail themselves first? My income is large and paying the fee wasn't a problem, but being treated like trash by your office is a problem. I have made sure to pass this on!

The apartments were very nice and had a great layout. The noise level was minimal and the grounds were kept v Read Moreery well. There were some 'hidden' fees that weren't discussed before signing the lease like the water/sewer as well as pet rent. Other than that my living experience at The Springs was very good.

Nice community. I do not like the $50 minimum (depending on Lease Option) increase in monthly rent from my las Read Moret contract, especially since I recently had to spray for ants along the baseboards of my 2nd story apartment. Garage build quality/cleanliness is not superb.
