If you have very little need for amenities such as car wash, business center, and a gym, this place might not Read Morebe for you. I did not know this, initially, but, the rent does go up every year, on the order of $50.00.

It started out great for the 1st 4 months then the maintenance went downhill, the gates are broken most of the Read More time, pool is always filthy, weights are missing, and grill was always out of service. On average 48 hour response on apartment maintenance. The location is great but as they keep cranking up the rent without addressing these issues they will be losing me as a tenant. At the amount they charge for rent they should be able to satisfy their investors as well as keep amenities functioning.

Staying for more than an year now and just shifted to a new house in the same apartments .. Maintance where do Read Morene very quickly and rent was normal
