Overall, a very responsive staff. A very nice group of people. The apartment is holding up. The landlord is no Read Moren invasive and doesn't require much from tenants other than paying rent. The grounds are kept neat. The rent hasn't increased much.

The parking is very poor as guests park anywhere causing a parking concern for the actual tenants. We have to Read Morepick up dog feces but there aren't any dog stations with trash cans anywhere like most other apartment complexes. Staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to address any issues. For the size and age I would expect to pay less than what we have to pay.

The rent I pay is a very fair amount for the living space I get. Also, I haven't had a bad experience with the Read More property management (though my exchanges with them have been few). The area the property is in is quaint and upkept.

The location is good, and the office staff are excellent. As far as the apartment it self, I feel that the com Read Morepany that owns the complex should invest money for updating repairs and better repair staff. I feel the repair staff is lazy, the people they hire to do repairs and update the older units are cheap and don't care. The units should be updated with insulation and other repairs considering their age. They appear to be cheaply renovated and could use a lot of work.
