Westbrook Crossing's office management and staff are professional, efficient and very nice. The apartments ar Read Moree very well maintained. The environment is clean, well lite, and offer wonderful amenities. The community is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I am very happy and thankful I found Westbrook Crossing. I would highly recommend Westbrook Crossing if you are looking for your apartment home.

First the pros - great location, good floorplans and super responsive/friendly staff. Nice garage with every Read Moreunit and very energy efficient. Neighborhood is very quiet, no crime and little noise. A few improvements - Management should replace the carpets, the units are 3 years old and mine was showing the wear. Maybe replace with a wood-like surface in the living areas, they seem to have the most wear. Final suggestion would be prohibit parking on the street and satellite dishes.

Workmanship of materials in apartment are below average based on rent paid. No gutters to prevent water from Read Morecoming into the garage. Water ruins nice landscaping. Management staff is top notch and they will respond to issues.
