The staff is wonderful, and everything is clean and well kept. This is by far the most positive experience I Read Morehave had in apartment living. The ONLY reason I no longer live there is because I moved states, but I loved it there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to save money and still live in a very nice place!

In spite of having cell phones one neighbor came everyday at 3 pm and honked his horn to announce he was here. Read More This happened several more times each day. We moved to Germantown Gardens because my husband was ill and all of his doctors were at Memorial Hospital. This honking was very disturbing and created a lot of stress.

Since we have moved in there has been a turnover of maintenance personel. Sometimes there are problems that t Read Moreake an extended period of time to correct. But we realize having so many apartments to deal with at the same time things don't get done on your schedule, we have to rely on things getting done on their schedule.
