Very safe and conveniently located walking distance from Kroger as well as downtown Franklin. We managed to si Read Moregn our lease while there was a discount, so our rent is $1200 for a two bedroom including water utilities. Pricey compared to other parts of the middle TN region, but it's definitely cheaper than most Franklin/Brentwood rentals and apartments. Overall, we are very pleased with the staff as well as the property maintenance.
