We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.
We are pleased to accept up to three pets per apartment (2 dogs maximum) with no weight limit. The pet fee for the first pet is $400. Each additional pet is $100.

The neighbors are respectful and understand this is a shared environment. That's hard to find in apartment com Read Moremunities. People often times feel if they are renting a space they can do whatever they want regardless of how it effects neighbors. I haven't experienced that here.

Waterford landing is a supposedely luxury apartments, however it is very deceiving in appearance and rules and Read More regs doesn't apply to all and never enforced. Other than roofing or pavement, once upon entering gates look like some I would never consider,

The square footage and price is what sold us on Waterford. It definitely needs updated. The staff are friendly Read More but seem limited to be able to make decisions for tenants bc of ownership not allowing this or that. Our apartment needed an entire recleaning but we just got spot cleaned on the things we complained about, rather than the entire unit being cleaned. The smell from the old tenants is overwhelming, even after a month of trying to get the smell out. The carpet honestly is what's harboring the smell and probably needs replaced. The staff said we're sorry but didn't offer anything other than what needs cleaned and we'll have someone come clean it . Any professional shouldn't have to be told what needs to be done. They should see the need and take care of it. And shouldn't have to worry that corporate has their hands tied but be able to do whatever needs to be done. Even if it means replacing the carpet, repainting, whatever is needed.
