The location of Copper Pointe was one of my main reasons for choosing this apartment. The apartment had many Read Moreissues that needed to be addressed when moving in. Most due to the outdated cable connection and other cosmetic flaws due to the apartments age. It was not in the pristine condition of the model apartment. Recently the ceiling over the shower had a major leak causing mold to grow. Repairs took over a week to complete and clean up of the residue from new drywall was left for me.

I have lived in two different apartments at this complex. The first was good except for one incident where an Read More upstairs flood came into my apartment. Maintenance never fixed the ceiling or resolved the issue. My second apartment has been a disaster. I have had multiple pest problems, my A/C has quit and required maintenance 6 times, my heat has never worked (I used a space heater all winter), and there is never any parking when I return from work.

The quality of the apartment is not worth the amount you pay for rent. Instead of truly fixing a maintenance i Read Moressue, the staff literally covers it up until it is absolutely mandatory to be replaced. Our A/C and heat did not work properly for months before it was replaced. My husband and I were miserable either sweating from it being too hot or the following season (winter) we froze because the heat was not working properly. Copper Pointe does not provide a suitable living environment for tenants.

Smoking is not permitted in the breezeway.....this is definitely NOT enforced. Maintenance concerns take too Read Morelong to be repaired. The maintenance area by Building 30 looks like a dump area. There are many piles of dog feces by Bldg. near the path that leads to the back of the building. Non-residents are parking in resident spots, rather than Visitor spots. This rule is not enforced. Laundry room is dirty and machines are not kept up. Many card readers do not work....etc.
