The complex is very nice and well-kept. Staff is pretty responsive and alerts you of things that are happenin Read Moreg via text and/or e-mail. Parking near your unit isn't always available, especially in the evenings and weekends. I live near the entrance so I can hear the train that comes through the neighborhood and it's loud! I wish they told me that when I visited and they showed me around -- if so, I would have requested a unit further away from the main road.

Poor maintenance, cheap construction, water damaged cabinets at move in, moldy a.c. contributing to health pro Read Moreblems, windows that won't open, fans that barely work, laminate bubbling flooring, poor fixtures that leaked on move in and barely can adjust temperature. Head maintenance is extremely rude and derogatory. Have had almost everything in this apartment fixed in less than five months.
