Completely incompetent staff. I was given inaccurate advice when asking about leasing policies, which I in tur Read Moren had to pay for. The manager had terrible communication and time management skills, begging the question as to why she is in management at all.

Overall, this is a wonderful apartment complex. My only true complaint would be a lack of urgency from the off Read Moreice and maintenance staff during a few of our issues. The issues were eventually taken care of, however, it should have taken as long to reach a resolution. A smaller issue I have with the complex is the lack of parking spaces and parking permit enforcement. There are far too many cars who use residents spaces without a permit.

Apartment is too expensive for the square footage.

The people in the front office are always very nice and very helpful. I love living here.

You guys were great while I lived there. I did my best to keep it clean and worked hard to clean it up. My $50 Read More0 deposit dwindled to $128 after I moved out. I was told a few days after I moved out that it looked good.
